Pre-ban Boots

Pre-ban boots were made from skins that are now protected or restricted, before those protections took effect. Those skins can no longer go into new boots, so the pairs that survive are some of the most sought-after in Western boot collecting.

Buying and selling pre-ban

Buying, selling and shipping pre-ban skins is regulated. Whether a pair can be sold or shipped depends on the species, its documentation, and where the seller and buyer are. Check the rules before you buy or sell. Sellers are responsible for compliance under our Terms.

Add it to your collection and tag it Pre-ban. Note how you know its age, such as a dated stamp, receipt or original box, in the description.
