- Not a tell: Celebrity / sponsorship associations without a marked pair.
- Not a Texas handmade house. COO + tech labels beat “western silhouette” for ID.

- Design / engineering: Northern California HQ (San Leandro / Union City).
- Volume production: Largely Mexico, China, Vietnam. Check the pair’s label.
- Two24 exceptions: Men’s select USA assembly; women’s often Spain.
- Pair-level COO stamp + tech hangtag beat brand mythology.
