LinkedIn’s company record and the official shop site date Los Altos Boots, Inc. to 1994 in Paramount, California, founded by brothers continuing their father’s shoemaking trade. The official site describes a modest Southern California workshop that grew into a western exotic-leather house: ostrich, caiman, alligator, python, stingray, eel, lizard, and pirarucu, with Goodyear-welt language and glove lining.

Retailer and secondary pages place handcrafted production in León. A León business directory lists Manufacturera Los Altos Boots S.A. de C.V. at Eta 212, Colonia Industrial Delta, making boots, botines, shoes, belts, and handbags. That directory is a León manufacturing node, not a founder biography.
