How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Western Boot World account data, email support@westernbootworld.com from the email address connected to your account.

Use the subject line: Western Boot World data deletion request.

What To Include

Include your name, account email, and the sign-in method you used, such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or email. We may ask for confirmation before deleting data to protect member accounts.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize account profile data and private account records associated with your login. Public listing data may be removed or anonymized depending on its role in preserving marketplace context.

Skin identification requests, their saved AI assessments, and contributed reference photos are included in account deletion requests. You can also withdraw an individual photo set from My submissions to remove its saved AI assessment and stop active review and future reference use without deleting your account.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
