Dakota Boots · History
History
Dakota Boots belongs to a family that has made footwear in Valverde del Camino, in Spain’s Huelva province, since 1945, when Federico Arroyo founded a factory in the town. Pedro Arroyo learned the trade as a master shoemaker and created the Dakota Boots brand in the 1980s. Today Pedro and Fede Arroyo run the business, the third generation of the family to do so.
The company makes all of its products in Valverde del Camino, the same town as the boot factory Culmen.
