Julius Stelzer

Julius Stelzer was production manager at H.J. Justin's Nocona boot factory and married to Joe Justin's daughter, Enid. After the couple divorced, he moved to Henrietta, Texas in 1934 and partnered with Carl Olsen to form the Olsen-Stelzer Boot and Saddlery Company, putting Olsen's inlay designs into factory production.

History

Julius Stelzer was production manager at the H. J. Justin Boot Company in Nocona, Texas, and was married to Joe Justin's daughter, Enid Justin. The company history says that after Stelzer and Enid divorced in 1934, he moved to Henrietta, Texas, and partnered with Carl Olsen to form the Olsen-Stelzer Boot and Saddlery Company.

The company calls him a master of factory boot production who put Olsen's inlay designs onto a production line. No birth year, death year, or personal style number for Stelzer has been found.
