A second-generation El Paso bench shop that quietly built boots for bigger names for decades — including T.O. Stanley’s pairs from 1980 to 1986 — and now builds one pair at a time for Way Out West Boots. Marc Cruz still makes his own welting thread and wax, builds leather toe boxes by hand, and is known above all for bottom work.
