• Geography: Almansa, Spain — inspect insole / hangtag / sole for Spain COO. Not León, not El Paso.
• Construction house language: Goodyear welt / double-welt story; retailer encyclopedias describe about 250 steps and cork filler between midsole layers — useful education, not a dating tool by itself.
• Product families: (1) Western / campero, (2) biker (asphalt-cowboy iconography from 1988), (3) fashion / embroidered / exotic flash, (4) historic Andrés Sendra dress shoes and third-party private label — do not reattribute a private-label oxford as “Sendra Boots western.”
• Marks: Photograph shaft brand, sole brand, size stamp, and any style number.
• Visual tells: European fashion proportions and rock/biker lasts appear often in retail photography.
