Stamp. WBW rows carry in_boot_stamp: unknown. A factory stamp system is not attested on the 1935 plates.
Not Justin. Do not merge Starnes numbers into Justin Visalia rows.
Not automatic Visalia. A later pair marked only “Visalia” is not automatically Starnes.

Maker-specific markings guidance has not been documented yet. Preserve the complete stamp and compare it against dated sources.
