• Marks. Look for Sanders shaft or sole stamps and any Mexico country-of-origin mark on the specific pair.
• Panhandle Slim overlap. Seller labels often read “Panhandle Slim by Sanders.” Westmoor later owned both names. Treat that pairing as a well-supported collector reading, not a published factory contract.
• No public style bible. Photograph labels and any style numbers on the pair. Unattested style names stay off this card.
